Job Title: Senior Staff Accountant
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Reports To: Controller
Salary: $70,000 to $85,000 depending on experience
Key Responsibilities

Manage daily cash flow reporting and cash position analysis to ensure liquidity needs are met.

Prepare and process wire transfers, ACH payments, and other banking transactions.

Serve as a point of contact for banking partners, assisting with account openings, closings, and maintenance.

Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Monitor and forecast short-term and long-term cash needs across multiple properties and entities.

Assist in treasury and banking reporting for management and auditors.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.

2–5 years of accounting or treasury experience.

Strong understanding of banking operations, cash management, and treasury functions.
