Responsibilities of the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist:
• Manage full‑cycle recruiting across a variety of roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define candidate profiles
• Source and attract candidates using a variety of tools and strategies
• Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews to assess fit and qualifications
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruiting records
Qualifications of the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist:
• Bachelors degree with 4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience managing full‑cycle recruiting preferred
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Salary: $65,000 to $85,000
