What You’ll Be Doing

  • Analyze and recommend strategies related to fixed-income investments, liquidity management, wholesale funding, and balance sheet positioning.
  • Execute approved investment and funding transactions within established risk, policy, and governance frameworks.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, risk metrics, funding alternatives, and market conditions to support decision-making.
  • Develop executive-ready reports, presentations, and financial analyses for leadership and committee meetings.
  • Partner with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Accounting teams to ensure regulatory readiness and policy compliance.
  • Support reporting enhancements, process improvements, automation initiatives, and model governance efforts.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or a related field; CFA, CTP, or advanced degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience in treasury, investments, asset-liability management (ALM), or financial analysis.
  • Strong understanding of fixed-income securities, portfolio risk management, liquidity concepts, and balance sheet strategy.
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience developing executive-level presentations and influencing business decisions through data-driven recommendations.
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal, ALM systems, or financial modeling tools is highly valued.
