ServiceNow Solutions Architect
Pay Rate: $45-$53/Hr
Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid, 3 days remote per week)

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect to support the design, governance, and strategic direction of a large enterprise ServiceNow environment. This individual will play a critical role in architecting scalable ServiceNow solutions, supporting foundational platform services, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical capabilities.
Responsibilities of the ServiceNow Solutions Architect:
- Architect and design ServiceNow platform solutions aligned with organizational technology and business objectives.
- Lead technical solution design efforts, platform governance initiatives, and implementation of ServiceNow best practices.
- Design and support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications.
- Provide technical leadership and support to developers, administrators, and project teams.
- Support upgrades, optimization initiatives, and roadmap planning.
- Ensure security, compliance, governance, and operational requirements are met.
Required Experience of the ServiceNow Solutions Architect:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
- 5+ years architecting and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, CSDM, integrations, APIs and workflow automation.
- ServiceNow CSA certification.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience of the ServiceNow Solutions Architect:
- ServiceNow CTA certification.
- ServiceNow CAD certification.
- Implementation Specialist certifications in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or CMDB.
- ITIL Foundation certification or higher.
