Key Responsibilities for the Senior Cost Accountant:
• Analyze manufacturing KPIs and identify drivers of operational variances.
• Support labor, capacity, and financial planning activities.
• Perform cost studies and maintain accurate standard costs.
• Assist with annual labor and overhead rate development.
• Maintain costing master data within SAP.
• Partner with estimating teams to evaluate costs for new business opportunities.

Qualifications for the Senior Cost Accountant:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Manufacturing, SAP, ERP, Power BI, or Tableau experience preferred
