Job Title: Sr. Pricing Analyst
Location: Hybrid near Lakewood, OH
Schedule: Monday – Friday Pricing Manager
Salary: $120,000-$125,000 +$10,000 Sign on bonus (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities (Sr. Pricing Analyst):
- Develop and manage pricing strategies for hourly professional services, including lawyers and consultants
- Analyze the financial impact of pricing and rate decisions and present insights into firm leadership
- Own the annual rate-setting process and ensure pricing consistency across departments
Qualifications (Sr. Pricing Analyst):
- 5+ years of pricing experience in a professional services environment (legal, accounting, consulting, architecture, etc.)
- Strong experience with hourly rate setting and people-based pricing models
