Key Responsibilities
As the Staff Accountant, you will:
- Serve as an accounting liaison across multiple operational departments
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and related journal entries
- Review income statements for accuracy and completeness
- Conduct financial analysis and communicate findings to leadership
- Support month-end close and ongoing accounting operations
Qualifications
Ideal candidates for this Staff Accountant role will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis
- Advanced Excel skills
- CPA preferred
