Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a food and beverage service company located in Downtown Boston to identify a motivated Staff Accountant.

The Staff Accountant’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Accounts Payable tasks and Manage Accounts Receivable production and collection
- Enter and code invoices daily and develop the knowledge of database
- Create daily sales flash comparing current and prior year
- Develop relationships with vendors and manage accounts
- Reconciliation of accounts and support with some payroll tasks
- Assist with month end close process, inventory management and food cost analysis
- Daily and weekly sales auditing
- Review weekly paperwork to ensure accuracy of sales, customers, gift card transactions, and employee disbursements
Qualifications for the Staff Accountant position:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting/ Finance or related field is preferred
- 1+ year of related work experience (including internship experience)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excel skills including pivot tables and vlookups, and familiarity with at least one major ERP
Salary Range
$55,000-$70,000
