Staff Accountant
Salary: $60,000–$80,000

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:
• Assist with month-end close process including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations with accuracy and timeliness
• Record and post journal entries across multiple accounts and business functions
• Prepare daily cash reporting and cash balance tracking
• Support general ledger maintenance and accounting accuracy
• Assist with early-stage inventory analysis and cost accounting initiatives as the function develops
• Partner with accounting team members to improve processes and reduce manual, paper-based workflows
• Utilize Macola ERP system for accounting entries and reporting support
• Assist with ad hoc accounting projects and operational improvements as assigned
Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
• 1+ years of accounting experience with exposure to journal entries and reconciliations required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred (Associate’s degree considered with strong experience)
• Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
• Strong Excel and general accounting system skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities
• Eager to learn, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a small, hands-on accounting team
• Must be comfortable working fully on-site in a collaborative environment
