What You’ll Do
Accounts Payable (Primary: 40–50%)
- Own full-cycle AP, including 3-way PO matching in a manufacturing environment
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and vendor communication
- Support AP automation tools (Bill.com implementation upcoming)
Month-End Close (30–40%)
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
- Assist with audit schedules and financial support projects
- Partner with operations on costing and accuracy
Payroll Exposure (Future: 10–20%)
- Gradually take on payroll processing as responsibilities transition in-house
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- Strong Excel: pivot tables, VLOOKUP/SUMIFS, data handling
- Experience in AP and comfort doing transactional work
- Passion for learning, systems, and process improvement
