What You’ll Do
- Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Analyze financial data and investigate account variances
- Support project accounting and job cost reporting
- Process fixed assets and maintain depreciation schedules
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Prepare supporting schedules for audits and tax filings
- Help improve accounting processes and internal controls
- Collaborate with operations and project management teams on financial reporting
- Perform other accounting and finance projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1-4 years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required
