Staff Accountant
Salary: $70,000 – 90,000 + bonus
Location: Fort Lauderdale, 33309

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:
- Perform cost accounting and inventory analysis to support accurate financial reporting
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and account adjustments
- Support month-end close and contribute to process improvements
- Analyze WIP, production orders, and inventory activity across operations
- Prepare and review monthly operational and inventory reports
- Partner cross-functionally to identify discrepancies and drive corrective actions
Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
- 3+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
