Key Responsibilities for the Accountant:
- Own general ledger activities including journal entries and month-end close
- Perform and manage balance sheet reconciliations across all accounts
- Prepare and support financial statements and reporting packages
- Assist with cash flow reporting, forecasting, and treasury support
- Analyze financial fluctuations and support ad hoc reporting for leadership
- Maintain audit-ready financial records and ensure internal control
Qualifications for the Accountant:
- Strong experience with general ledger accounting and reconciliations
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Experience preparing financial statements and supporting month-end close
- Background in multi-entity, retail, or operationally complex environments preferred
