Staff Accountant
Location: Fresno County
Pay: $60,000-65,000
We are seeking a motivated Staff Accountant to join a mission-driven non-profit organization in Fresno County. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with month-end close including journal entries and account reconciliations
Maintain general ledger and support accurate financial reporting
Process accounts payable and assist with accounts receivable as needed
Prepare and maintain supporting schedules and documentation
Assist with audits and compliance reporting
Support budgeting and financial tracking activities
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
1–2 years of accounting experience
Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
Experience with Excel and accounting systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
