Salary: $70,000–$85,000
Full Time l Onsite

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:

• Maintain and reconcile job cost records to ensure accurate cost allocation
• Analyze labor costs and productivity to support margin performance
• Track inventory and apply material costs accurately to jobs
• Review job profitability and investigate cost or revenue variances
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation entries
• Support month-end and year-end close, including audit preparation

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 1-3+ years of accounting experience
• Sage 100 software experience is a plus
