Staff Accountant
Salary: $50,000 – $55,000

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Support inventory accounting, cycle count reviews, and inventory reconciliations.
- Assist with cost accounting activities, including product costing and variance analysis.
- Maintain fixed asset records and support depreciation accounting.
- Partner with operations and production teams to analyze manufacturing costs and improve reporting processes.
Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
