Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger activity.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Support financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis activities.
• Partner with internal departments to ensure accurate financial information and process efficiency.
• Assist with audits, special projects, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of accounting experience, including internships, public accounting, or corporate accounting experience.
• Experience with general ledger accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with accounting or ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
