Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:
• Reconcile and reclassify general ledger and accounts payable activity across multiple periods
• Validate account coding, period alignment, and segment structure within NetSuite
• Resolve historical discrepancies in partnership with finance and AP teams as a Staff Accountant
• Deliver audit-ready financial data to support compliance and reporting
• Document reconciliation processes, findings, and corrective actions
Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
• Strong NetSuite experience supporting GL and AP reconciliations
• Solid accounting background in multi-entity or complex environments
• Advanced Excel skills for reconciliation and data analysis as a Staff Accountant
• Proven ability to independently identify and resolve discrepancies
