Compensation: $27.00-$33.00/hour

Key Responsibilities for the Accountant/Biller – Contract:

• Prepare contract documentation for State, City, and Federal funding sources.
• Complete cost reports, drawdowns, and budget modifications in accordance with contract requirements.
• Audit monthly expense reports and ensure accurate cost allocations.
• Record contract activity and review general ledger balances during month-end and year-end close processes.
• Develop and maintain allocation methodologies for contract expenses.
• Coordinate with program teams and funding agencies to maximize contract reimbursement.

Qualifications for the Accountant/Biller – Contract:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 0-1 years of accounting or financial analysis experience.
• Knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working with Windows-based accounting applications.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
