Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:
• Prepare monthly financial statements and budget-to-actual analyses
• Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice review and vendor communications
• Oversee accounts receivable activities, billing, collections, and reconciliations
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting initiatives
• Support year-end close activities and annual audit preparation
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies while ensuring compliance with reporting requirements

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2-3 years of accounting experience
• Working knowledge of GAAP and core accounting principles
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
