Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Accountant position will be AP & AR focused
- Staff Accountant will prepare and issue invoices through QuickBooks Online
- Staff Accountant will process daily check runs and payment orders
- Staff Accountant will apply incoming payments and manage client escrow balances
- Staff Accountant will coordinate payments to media vendors across multiple channels
- Staff Accountant will assist with bank reconciliations as needed
- Staff Accountant will assist with ad hoc tasks and projects, as requested
Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
- Prior Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable experience
- Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting systems
- Basic Excel skills (summations, columns)
- Ability to manage a high‑volume workload with daily deadlines
