STAFF ACCOUNTANT – MANUFACTURING
A well-established manufacturing organization is looking for a Staff Accountant to join its accounting team. This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working with numbers, solving discrepancies, and supporting the month-end close process.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Process and apply customer cash receipts accurately
- Assist with month-end close and related accounting activities
- Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate financial records
- Support the accounting team with daily accounting functions and special projects as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Prior accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of reconciliations and general accounting principles
- Experience with cash applications or accounts receivable
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team environment
