What You’ll Be Doing

Accounts Payable
- End-to-end invoice processing
- Vendor relationships and issue resolution
- Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance

Accounts Receivable Support
- AR billing
- Cash applications

General Accounting Responsibilities
- Credit card and cash reconciliations
- Basic journal entries
- Supporting month-end close activities as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable within an accounting or finance team
- Comfort with reconciliations and basic journal entries
