Key Responsibilities

Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly production planning and scheduling

Monitor production performance against schedules and identify risks or deviations
-
Analyze inventory levels and support inventory planning initiatives
-
Coordinate with procurement, warehousing, quality, production, and sales teams
-
Identify bottlenecks, scheduling inefficiencies, and operational constraints
-
Prepare reports and provide recommendations to improve throughput and service levels

Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) activities and forecasting efforts
Qualifications
-
1-3 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, inventory analysis, operations analysis, or a related field

Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables

Experience with Power BI is a plus

SQL experience preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field preferred

Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and work independently

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
