Compensation: $60,000-$80,000 annually

Key Responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process
• Maintain recruiting activity within the ATS and track hiring metrics
• Support offer processes, onboarding activities, employer branding, and recruiting events

Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and modern sourcing tools
• Strong candidate assessment, interviewing, and recruitment process management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
