Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re partnering with a highly respected, nationally recognized nonprofit organization that is looking to add a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to their growing team. This person will play a key role in full-cycle recruitment for corporate/network support functions, partnering closely with leadership to attract, engage, and hire high-impact talent.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer stage
  • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews
  • Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategy and candidate selection
  • Build strong pipelines using LinkedIn, referrals, Handshake, and other sourcing tools
  • Support interview coordination, debriefs, and hiring decisions
  • Maintain ATS data integrity and recruitment reporting
  • Help improve recruitment processes and candidate experience

What They’re Looking For:

  • 3-7+ years of recruiting and/or HR experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills
  • ATS experience and strong organizational abilities
  • Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Passion for mission-driven work is a huge plus
