• Maintain recruiting activity, reporting, and applicant tracking systems while supporting hiring goals.

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1 year of professional experience
• Strong drive to actively go out and “hunt” for the best talent
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
