Target Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000
Key Responsibilities for the Training Specialist:
- Lead new hire onboarding, orientation, and employee training initiatives.
- Partner with Engineering and Safety teams to train employees on equipment operation and workplace procedures.
- Develop and maintain training content, including Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and training materials.
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to employee development and training effectiveness.
Qualifications for the Training Specialist:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Manufacturing experience required.
- Experience with employee training, onboarding, or instructional development.
- Bilingual Spanish skills strongly preferred.
