Key Responsibilities for the Transportation Operations Supervisor:

• Oversee daily dispatch, routing, scheduling, and fleet coordination
• Lead drivers and dispatchers, including coaching, attendance, performance, KPIs, training, and accountability
• Respond to customer needs and troubleshoot day-to-day operational challenges
• Maintain DOT/FMCSA compliance, safety procedures, inspections, and required documentation
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and fleet readiness
• Follow up on accidents, incidents, safety concerns, and operational issues

Qualifications for the Transportation Operations Supervisor:

• Experience in transportation, fleet, dispatch, or logistics operations
• Previous experience supervising drivers and/or dispatch teams preferred
• Experience with routing, scheduling, dispatch, and fleet coordination
• Experience managing employee performance, attendance, training, and operational KPIs
