Union Payroll Specialist
Location: Mukilteo, WA (Onsite)
Salary: $80,000-$93,600 DOE

Key Responsibilities for the Union Payroll Specialist:
- Process weekly and biweekly payroll for union and non-union employees
• Administer payroll in accordance with collective bargaining agreements
• Maintain payroll records, deductions, garnishments, and benefits information
• Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies
• Support payroll audits, reporting, and year-end processes
• Partner with internal departments and union representatives on payroll matters
Qualifications for the Union Payroll Specialist:
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience, including union payroll
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, taxes, and collective bargaining agreements
• Experience using payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to maintain accuracy while handling confidential information
