CEO & Founder

Dan Casey

Dan Casey founded CFS in 1994 and led the company through its successful transition to employee ownership in 2014. Under his leadership, CFS has expanded to more than 30 offices across North America.

Before launching CFS, Dan served as the National Director of Temporary Staffing Services at a nationally recognized staffing firm, where he helped build the firm’s national temporary staffing division. He began his career in audit at Price Waterhouse (now PwC), working with clients in healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and the nonprofit sector.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Villanova University.

President & COO

Gary Irwin

Gary Irwin launched his career at CFS in 1995 when he opened the Columbus, Ohio office. Shortly after, the Columbus office became one of the top offices in the CFS network. Gary served as the Regional Director from 2003-2006 and was then promoted to Vice President of Office Development. In his new role, Gary managed 40+ office locations and oversaw the development of CFS’ Regional Directors. In 2018, Gary was promoted to President and COO.

In 1985, Gary graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University. He began his career in the operations sector of a large hospitality company.

Vice President

Tarah Frawley

Tarah Frawley joined CFS in 1998 as a Recruiter/Business Development Manager in Boston. She quickly advanced into leadership roles, driving growth across multiple states. In 2018, she was promoted to Vice President and now serves on the CFS Board of Directors. Tarah collaborates closely with the national sales leadership, corporate marketing, and internal recruiting to lead strategic initiatives and support the success of CFS’ employee owners.

A 1994 graduate of Stonehill College and former member of its championship women’s tennis team, Tarah now lives in Jupiter, FL, and has a daughter attending Boston University.

CFO

Mandy Yu

Mandy Yu serves as the CFO of CFS, overseeing finance, accounting, operations, and administration. She brings over 30 years of experience in corporate finance, with past leadership roles at MetLife, State Street Research, and Holometrix. Originally from Hong Kong, Mandy moved to the U.S. in 1988 after serving as Chief Accountant at Hong Kong Toy Centre Ltd.

She holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Boston, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Northeastern University, and a Diploma in Accounting from Hong Kong Shue Yan University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling the world with her family.
